The work I'm exploring as an actress is playing women who are fiercely determined, super driven, or obsessed with someone or something. Whether it's a corporate entrepreneur, a "stage 5 clinger" girlfriend, an investigator, or a driven artist (to name a few), I feel confident and always bring my A-game playing these go-getter characters who are "all consumed" by either what they want or who they want. These characters ambitiously "get shit done" so to speak, either comedically or dramatically!
Think roles like:
As a writer, I write screenplays (pilots, short films). I'm drawn to writing determined, driven, and strong female roles who know what (or who) they want, and will do anything to get it.
As a dancer, I'm trained in tap, ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern, but specialize in tap. I graduated with a dance minor from Union College. I also have experience choreographing tap and contemporary solo and group pieces.
